The gentleman that worked the checkout counter was great. Nice. Fast. Perfect. Also worked with two people at the Distribution office over the phone and that was great also. .

I tried to call the Johnson Creek Market number all day and kept getting the busy signal. Tomorrow I will be calling the Corp. number to complain because after being told I could pick up the 20’ truck at one location, I got a call asking me to change locations because there were no 20’ trucks at the original location. And for my inconvenience I would get 15 more free miles added and the charge for the truck would be $167. I checked my statement for my credit card and I was charged $331! I need an adjustment.

Jessica GRude customer service and an old beat down truck. My tire exploded on the highway and I had to wait 2.5 hours to get it changed. I could’ve died!!
John JThe person in charge was also running a quick stop market. We had to wait numerous times during the process while he waited on other customers. Also when we picked up the truck the tank was not full.
