Service was horrible. He didnt connect the trailer to the truck. When we drive the car on the car trailer the whole front of the trailer shoot up. Hit the bumper on the truck and caused a bunch of tears and scratches on the car we just bought 5 minutes before that. Horrible horrible experience. Will NEVER use Uhaul again!!!! And the trailer was rusted to hell and looked like it was falling apart. Everything about the experience was horrible

They did not have my information and informed me that I would have to take the uhaul back with me until they could clear it up. Luckily they were able to get ahold of someone and clear it up.

It was a little tricky placing the trailer in the available space to return it since there was limited room to get it aligned. I'm not sure if there's anything to be done, though. Perhaps setting the facility up with a trailer dolly would be helpful?

The person didn’t explain the requirements for me to get the $100.00 discount I was suppose to receive by picking up and taking this truck Nevada. No contract was emailed to me like I was told would be, so I could see the charges. Will have to think twice before renting from U-haul in the future. The bill even without the discount was more then what I was promised. I will be contacting U-haul for answers.

It's so much easier to rent a truck than it used to be. In and out in minutes. Plus this location is a mini-mart so they lots of things to buy.

Personnel was confused initially and said I was at the wrong drop-off point. Only after I completed my check-in, did he see that I was supposed to drop off the van there.

First - I showed up at 7AM to pick up my after hours rental, and it hadn't been set up. I showed up at 9AM and nobody would take responsibility for why i wasn't able to pick up the vehicle when it was scheduled. I asked for a discount after my rental (which had a lot of miles for a one day rental) and was seriously offered a 6 pack of beer. Overall Uhaul experience was HORRIBLE. I can't believe you can offer after hours pickup via website and then it completely fail and i don't get so much as an apology, let alone a discount or reimbursement for the time and money I had spent coming to the store in the morning. Someone should make this right, but my expectations are low. -Jarrin

The truck was disgusting. I'll be calling to get a refund for sure. The cab was filthy and smelled like cigarettes and the back smelled like actual dog feces and had some sticky crap al lover the floor. I laid down paper I had on the floor and held my breathe because I had to use the truck regardless. Absolute terrible experience.

I was charged over twice what I was quoted at. I’d been charged for options that I declined when reserving the truck.

The truck was clearly not cleaned or inspected before being rented to us. The cab was dirty, not swept or wiped down, with a cigarette butt in cup holder. There was a problem with the vehicle that was not discovered until I refilled the gas tank, then no offer of compensation was offered.

This was a convenience store/market staffed by one person. There was a problem completing the contract form and the clerk was too busy to be able to deal with it. Although the clerk was nice and willing to help attach the trailer, he seemed unfamiliar with the equipment and the possible incompatibilities.

The fellow who helped me was great and doing his best with what seemed like a challenging database for Uhaul. I was only renting two dollies and a handtruck and had to go through the same paperwork as if I were renting a truck. This took more time than it would if there were a different rental agreement for simpler items.

I had reserved a 17 foot truck for the day. When I arrived and was dropped off, after the customer in front of me was done I was then told they did not have one even though I had reserved one. I was then told I had to go to another location to pick up the truck I had reserved I could not because I was dropped off. I had to take a 15 foot for my move and make 2 trips. I was not given a discount for this in anyway. My move that should have been in one trip was now two and twice the time and twice the mileage twice as expensive. I hope that you read this and give me some kind of a discount. Why reserve a truck if you can’t deliver a truck?

When I picked up the 10’ Van I was not given my contract. When I was filling up gas I had no paperwork to help gauge how much gas to add. I ended up overfilling and thought I would get a refund. The man at the store said it is Uhauls policy that there is no refund for adding extra gas. Looks like I’ll be a Penske Customer from now on

hard to tell that this place serves Uhaul. should put more logos up, maybe closer to sidewalk so drivers can easily know where to turn in.

This experience was the worst ever reservation was not made properly. Pick up location was changed, vehicle was damaged and had hundreds of bugs splattered on front of vehicle and windshield. Unknowly pickup location was closed and I had to call U-Haul to get dispatched at designated pick up time. Resvation reps were in responsive to cost allowances for customer unconvince. Truck size was changed without proper allowance for additional fuel usage. In short your company policies and customer service SUCKS !!!!!
