The owner was very rude loud and disgusting when I asked why was I charged twice. He refuses to speak to the customers he prefers to yell and be combative over the phone. I came to the location and he proceeded with the same behavior while advising me he is not charge me that the multi million dollar corporation did. After that I told him I was leaving and have a blessed day he then followed me outside still talking loud and obnoxious after I said that's ok.

The drop off location was a gas station. I tried to refill the truck’s gas there, but the gas pump malfunctioned and I wasn’t able to pump enough gas. The attendant acknowledged that the pumps have issues. After three attempts I thought I had pumped enough, but I was charged extra by the app for being low in gas. At that point I had already parked the u-haul in a tight space and it would have been very difficult to move it to buy more gas. It was a VERY frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location!
BRADLEY DThe service was exactly what I needed today. Greatly appreciated!
GAGE HKeep being amazing
NICOLE TSmall messy room, equipment sub standard(computer didn't work nor did the printer). Need reorganized lot and proper security in place "ie" a fence. Signage with correct times. Placed and clearly visible. Associates embarssed by having to ask me to wait, for computer to work and truck not ready as promised. Over which he had no control. Also, I was quoted one price, but then when I picked up the truck, it was more than one hundred dollars more. I should have been informed up front there were other charges. I would like the difference from qoutd price returned to. Practice of different prices as unethical and rude business Practice. And lastly, as for the associate not being able to fix the charge to my credit card for the gas that spilt, through no fault of my own or the associate is bogus business practices. This is a waste of my time. I am on vacation, who wants to have to prove an error acured, and deal with all this frustration. When starting a vacation. Sincerely Virginia Matteson.
