The online check I. And check out is ridiculous. I wasn’t ablw to check in online, but really that self check in/return took forever. It takes a person less than 5 minutes to see all that stuff for which you require pictures. The app is NOT faster NOR is it convenient. Those people have a job- they n Should do their job!
