Checking out was quick and efficient. Checking back in was even faster. Requested unit was available as scheduled, as it should be. I returned it a day early and with fewer miles than I had estimated, and the final bill took all that into consideration. The unit was in good shape, well maintained, and served my needs perfectly. The rental location was friendly, efficient, and I will prefer this location in the future
