Odathia PI got a truck that was broken. It was raining that day and while I was in the road in the middle of of the highway the wipers just stop working and I couldn’t see in all that traffic. I called the place where I rented it from (Vic computer in Portsmouth) who got an attitude and asked me what I wanted to do about this issue. I managed to get the truck off the highway and took it to the nearest U-Haul place. Then they tried to charge me for gas that was NOT n the vehicle luckily I had made a video when I got the truck.. Then they tried to charge me additional $16 fee which their customer service rep said I shouldn’t be charged!!Please don’t rent U-Haul, rent somewhere else

JOE LI wasn’t made aware that it was apart of a “computer repair” store. They didn’t have any furniture dolly’s or regular dolly’s at that.
