While the business is a general rental business, it means that the inventory of any particular item is somewhat limited, and that is the case with the UHaul truck I rented. That said, the truck was ready, in good condition, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
William RGreat customer service…my reserved trailer was ready for me when I showed up at the specified time….the gentleman hooked up the trailer quickly, efficiently, and safely to my vehicle…ensured all light hookups worked and that the hitch was locked down prior to me leaving the parking lot…when returning the trailer, it was unhitched quickly and safely…great experience…I would definitely rent from A to Z again
