AtoZ always has problems connecting to Uhaul. The first time this happened it took over an hour to give me keys. This time wasn’t quite as bad but certainly not minutes AND I checked in on line earlier. This is why I wasn’t too zealous about having the pickup site changed.

MARK HTrailer blew a tire within 10miles. Reached out to another A-Z location and was told they are just a pick up/drop off location and have nothing to do with the actual units. Suggested I just go to a tire shop and replace it unless I wanted to spend my entire day waiting on road service, which would be a waste due to it being my responsibility regardless of anything. Trailer had plates from across the country, clearly had many years of use on it - I was the unfortunate renter who got stuck spending $100 to maintain a trailer that shouldn’t have been allowed to go out in the first place.
