I ordered a uhaul twice online both times they did not use our online oder. They slam you from a 10ft to a 15ft and charge more, they also dont add insurance like your original order was. This happened twice in one week. From this location. I only knew what had happened the second time because I was called twice to pick up the truck and we already had it. Then argued with us when we brought it up.

RAMONA MThe equipment was clean however, the tires were low
ROBERT CGot to idaho falls and had a blow out. Then while replacing the tire found the other side had the pin completely missing from the leaf spring an the axel bent, it put us hours behind and had to rent another hotel room with three kids and a dog which was way above our budget. Will never come back.
