The tire pressure was not checked prior to leaving and it caused a flat 2 hours in. I purchased road side assistance, who came out and told me that there was no hole in the tire and the low pressure caused the seal to break from the rim. I asked him to check the other side and he found 40lbs where there could be 60lbs of air.

CODY LThe ratchets were rusty when I picked it up in Potsdam New York. The basket straps would not stay on the car tires. Everything else was great. Love the rubber on the S hooks to keep the chains in place. The staff at both New York and Ohio were wonderful!
MARCELLA HPickup was quick and the people were friendly. However, a sign at pickup indicated there would be an additional 3.5% fee for using a credit card. Such fees should be disclosed at the time of the rental reservation. This extra charge would have sent me to a different location. Additionally, the fuel was marked on the paperwork as 1/8 fuller than it actually was. He said it was because the truck was parked on a hill, but when pulling onto the flat road, the fuel gauge still read less full than the paperwork. Again, an additional unnecessary fee.
