The whole U-Haul experience was TERRIBLE! The gentleman told me I had to call uhaul because my picture wouldn't upload. When I made the reservation I said no to the extra insurance but it got put on my order anyway. This is the worst!

Not a thing
Lisa SYou guys ripped me off. My miles were noted wrong and inaccurately so I was overcharged. I called and disputed this and there’s been no action taken. I will never use you again nor would I recommend you to anyone
ALEXANDER RI’m not dissatisfied with this pick up location, but rather the one that I was supposed to pick up from. The day before my move U-Haul changed my pick up location to a different spot and I went there, but the office was closed on Saturday. U-Haul should have recognized that this business was not open on Saturday so sending me there to pick up a truck that I couldn’t get completely messed up the plans that I had with the movers I was using. Fortunately, there was another pick up place this one that had a truck of the size that I needed so the problem was solved, but not without wasting over an hour and a half of my time and the movers time trying to find a truck. U-Haul company should know that if they change a pick up location to make sure that location is actually open on the day of the pick up. Very disappointed and very upset on a very stressful day.. This pick up location did get me on my way so at least I was able to complete my house move on the day it was planned. I planned this move using the U-Haul website over 30 days before the move and I’m very disappointed with the fact that my original pick up location was changed twice.. not a good experience,
DEBORAH HMake sure the equipment is in decent running order and clean. Gave me a truck that ran poorly. Needs mechanical work. So slow....... The AC didn't work, the truck was dirty, and the gas tank was down to a third. They did not return my call when I left a message.
