1. the truck had transmission issues. That made me feel unsafe driving the distance I needed to. 2.The truck was not ready when I was told it would be and had to return the following day. 3. I was told there would be furniture pads at this location and of course there were none.

I would not recommend what so ever. If you want rude people who aren't willing to help you, then you've found the place. The truck that I had paid for was double parked by another one of the uhaul trucks. When I mentioned this to the workers, their response was “ok”. After standing there for about 5 minutes in silence, I had to speak up and say “can someone possibly move the uhaul blocking this truck in?” No eye contact was made, just a massive sigh and a rudely spoken “fine”. I will never be back and will be using a different company from now on.

Absolutely absurd that they changed the location of where our truck would be available by over 40 minutes drive. My movers arrived and we had to overpay them for the time we wasted with Uhual. Sunoco customer service was terrible.

Overcharged for rental fee. Location waited to complete transaction so that I was billed for two rental periods. Truck was fine but billing scheme is being reported. Location is not available to contact.

No one in this location was wearing a mask. As well, i ordered furniture pads and never recieved them, but was still charged for them even after bringing the matter up with the clerk upon my return.

Neither the dealer nor any of his co-workers were wearing masks. I (female) ordered the truck online under my name but the dealer asked for my dad's name and put the reservation under his name instead. I don't know why they needed to do that.

There was a bit of confusion at the desk when I picked up the key due to a mishap with booking on U-Haul's end, but in the end, I did get the keys and was on my way. I think a part of it was that I took care of everything via mobile and had to pick up the keys at the location.

This place is really sketchy. Hopefully this pandemic will not last too much longer, but in the meantime no one in this establishment was wearing a mask. Although I was told I had until 1 pm to pick up my rental, the clerk acted annoyed that I did not show up at the 10:30 am time I had only guessed that I could make when making the reservation (working family member could drop me off at 12 pm). The truck itself did not appear to be cleaned since the last renter (saw dust and other debris in the bed). All in all this establishment was very unwelcoming with many unfriendly faces.

During times of Covid, the employee who set me up with the keys was not wearing a mask and there were plenty of customers not wearing masks as well. Very disapointed. Also I am not happy that when I do an online reservation and I choose where to pick up and drop off, Uhaul disregards my options every time. Why offer locations if they are never available???

No masks by any employee during a pandemic (mandated by the Gov. of PA though). Employee stopped several times to answer questions and engage other customers in the middle of my transaction rather than asking them to patiently wait until we were done, so it took over 30 mins rather then letting me get in and get out - just very off-putting. Mileagle on truck was higher than on the printed contract.

The original location I chose online was changed The truck I reserved was not available at the new location. I had to rent a smaller one than I had reserved Since the agreement had changed I had to do the paperwork ( I had already completed online) again.

.79 a mile no thank you...19.99 a day sounded good until you add all extras plus all the overkill to get the truck your license and picture should be enough I will not recommend to anyone

The Pick up location was fine and great. The overall UHaul experience was terrible. My pick up location was moved without any notification, as well as other instructions were not passed along (ie what to do with the lock), and drop off time being changed. I will never use this service again, nor will I recommend it anyone else.

The inside of the truck was fairly dirty. I've never rented a U-Haul before, but I have rented regular cars. Comparing the two experiences my10 food U-Haul was very dirty inside. Just thin it should be cleaned more often. I don't think it was cleaned several months

Truck only had 1/4 tank of gas at pickup. Location is a gas station! I'm sure last renter was charged for the missing fuel... why not have the truck filled?
