The moving blankets that I rented were not in the truck. I was able to make do without them and a refund has been initiated so it worked out in the end. The pickup and drop off were straight forward enough.

tineka mThe whole U-Haul experience was TERRIBLE! The gentleman told me I had to call uhaul because my picture wouldn't upload. When I made the reservation I said no to the extra insurance but it got put on my order anyway. This is the worst!
