When I arrived the paperwork was not ready and took longer than I expected
tineka mThe whole U-Haul experience was TERRIBLE! The gentleman told me I had to call uhaul because my picture wouldn't upload. When I made the reservation I said no to the extra insurance but it got put on my order anyway. This is the worst!
