I’m not dissatisfied with this pick up location, but rather the one that I was supposed to pick up from. The day before my move U-Haul changed my pick up location to a different spot and I went there, but the office was closed on Saturday. U-Haul should have recognized that this business was not open on Saturday so sending me there to pick up a truck that I couldn’t get completely messed up the plans that I had with the movers I was using. Fortunately, there was another pick up place this one that had a truck of the size that I needed so the problem was solved, but not without wasting over an hour and a half of my time and the movers time trying to find a truck. U-Haul company should know that if they change a pick up location to make sure that location is actually open on the day of the pick up. Very disappointed and very upset on a very stressful day.. This pick up location did get me on my way so at least I was able to complete my house move on the day it was planned. I planned this move using the U-Haul website over 30 days before the move and I’m very disappointed with the fact that my original pick up location was changed twice.. not a good experience,

Make sure the equipment is in decent running order and clean. Gave me a truck that ran poorly. Needs mechanical work. So slow....... The AC didn't work, the truck was dirty, and the gas tank was down to a third. They did not return my call when I left a message.
ANNEMARIE PCharged over $400 for a wrong drop off location. Was handed no physical paperwork stating where to drop it off. Cashier asked me if I was returning here or somewhere else, I said somewhere else and he just said okay. No mention of increased fees or that I had to return it to the same location. Uhaul customer support was absolutely no help with this either.
Gabriel ZTerrible customer service. The people at the location had no clue what was going on. Nothing was available at pickup. The field manager was a total arrogant, obnoxious individual. He spoke very poorly on the phone, he didn't know the details of the situation. I asked for his manager about 12 times and he refused to give me his managers name. His name was Dan Macuchey or something like that, absolutely terrible, he should be fired or put through a customer service training course at the bare minimum!!!
MARCUS CThe vehicle we booked was not available There was not staff available to service us and the convenience store customers. We were told to wait while they served them Communication was unclear - and hard to understand. All the Dollie’s and blankets were not ready, they had to get them ready and that took a lot of time. The moving helpers also changed the agreement and only did 2 hours instead of 3 -supposedly because they had to drive between different locations -which they knew up front.
