Very unfriendly employee or owner. Miserable. Talked through a glass partition and was at the other end of where we had to stand and asked questions to us. We continued to let him know we could not hear him but it did not matter. After we did the driver license verification on our phone, he gave us the key to the truck. did not tell us which truck (as you walked towards the trucks they looked the same). Found the truck, the $19.99 sign in the window shield was still there-had to take that down. Other times when we have rented U-Hauls, the employee or owner at least walks you to the direction of the trucks and explains a little to you, has the truck ready for you, etc. Would never recommend this place to anyone. This was not the location we originally signed up for but the day before we were told this was the only place near us that the truck size was available. We booked this truck in May.
