Return was not very efficient - computers were giving employees trouble, and a mistake was made in reading mileage (can't this be automated somehow to avoid natural human error? Or was that part of the computer problems they were having?). My overall wait was perhaps only 10 minutes but it didn't need to be even that long, since there wasn't a line of people. Staff was friendly, making me feel comfortable being there.

although I rated the the equipment was clean U-haul uses a cleaning agent inside the cab that made both of us very sick. we had to drive with both windows open and masks on our faces. we were nauseas all day long. if i rent from Uhaul again, I will do a smell test in the cab first before pulling away.

Rather than bill my credit card when I pick up the vehicle with estimated mileage, wait until I return the vehicle. I travel a lot and rent many cars from many companies. You're the first to bill me before I leave the lot.

There is no easy way to return a trailer thru the online app. At the site, after hours, there was no clear place to return trailers. There was a line for trucks, but not a way for trailers. When we called the next day to contact them to make sure they received it/ checked it in, we were put on hold for 10 mins. and then disconnected.

my on-line reservation worked very well, the truck was ready at the time requested, however I did wait inline at the counter for a half hour for a representative. there were plenty of staff, but the computer process at the counter was not working or printing and went down several times, creating an uncomfortable situation for all waiting in line. I think that you need to update your systems and resolve your IT problem ASAP. thank you



I use this place all the time. this time when i drove away from the store and was already on the main road i noticed that the gas was not filled up all the way.. i immediately called the store to tell them this and was rerouted to the 800 #. i spoke to a woman there named karen i believe and told her of the situation. she said she would make the notations and that i would only have to fill the gas up to it was when i picked it up. i filled it up anyway and complained to brian when i returned the truck. he said he told us at the beginning if there were any issues bring the truck right back,and everything else to cover himself, but my wife was with me and did not hear him say any of that rhetoric either. so i called him on it then he pouted a little and said the best i can do is take $5 off. i said whatever to him and when i looked at my receipt it said $4 off..i am planning another use of this van in august and would like to not have this issue arrive again thank you anthony damore

Nightmare trying to get this rental set up from the beginning. Sent us a text with no instructions. In the rain for 2 hours with customer service on the line. Now they erased the text they sent me so there is no record of the correspondence. Would not recommend U Haul at all.

My truck was very filled with the smell of cigarettes. Unfortunately I assumed it was only in the cab and after I loaded and move my belongings now everything smells like smoke. I filed a claim through U-Haul and the representative from the local office offered to give me $60 This is an insult. He said that is all he could do at store level and if I wanted anything above that I would have to file a claim through their insurance company and make another phone call and re-explain everything again

The customer service is very average here. I come here often for work needs. I also checked in online to "skip the line" and it took almost 40 minutes for me to get my vehicle after I got there. The truck itself was great.

The truck pick process takes too long. The truck was mechanically sound and did the job, but it is really showing its 139K odometer age with existing damage. The dolly came loose within a mile from the U-Haul location and really startled me. Apparently it was not locked in place. I would add that to the return or sign out checklist process to make sure it is properly secured. I was also charged $7.00 for dolly use, which I asked to have reversed.

I was not being directly assisted by him, but Jose brought my truck around and verified that the gas was under what I was told. He waited with me while I was assisted and verified the information to the rep who was helping me. He was very friendly and professional!
