The dolly definitely needs maintenance. We had difficulty with ratcheting the straps because they were very rusty, been a while since they have seen any oil.
Martin TThe straps weee covered in road debris which made it difficult to strap down tires. The ratchets mechanism was in dire need of lubrication.
