I don't know if it's a lack communication orwhat but he wasn't aware that we were there to pick up a truck at 12 o'clock which there wasn't one and that's very frustrating.

Didi V.Booking in advance needs to improve!!!! ( not from this location IN GENERAL ) leaving booking a trailer 3-5 days before departure doesn't work when driving 8 hrs away then when you get your rental having to go 45 min passed your town doesn't work!!! VERY FRUSTRATING AND STRESSFUL!!!!!!!
