The truck was under 2 feet of snow, system was down and no one knew what was going on, about an hour delay for me digging out the truck and figuring it all out which made me late returning it and pay more. Very poor experience overall, half because of u-hauls online system wasting my time, half because it’s clear this location is never used. The staff I did deal with were helpful but still this could have been much much easier.

BRUCE MOrdering over the app was difficult. It kept bumping me to an alternate location. I ended up having to visit the store.
Dan HU-haul equipment kept in a compound with tall grass. Would look better cleaned up. Building is good, and personnel knowledgeable.
