Superior service at this location. There was absolutely no wait for hook up and processing. I was in and out the door in 10 minutes. A great experience. Drop off was equally easy. I will request this U-Haul provider again.

You have called in the morning to move my pickup location. I asked specifically about the moving blankets I had ordered and about tie down straps being able to purchase there. And was told yes. When I got there the man behind the counter was less than polite when I asked about the moving blankets and tie down straps. He handed me the keys and said he'd meet me outside. Handed me the blankets and said the trucks down there. Didn't even show me what truck just said the trucks down there. Went back in his store.
