Guy inside gas station yelled at me saying he doesn’t have room for my equipment said I can’t leave it there. I was to find a different location. I told him my reservation was there for drop off he then told me to park my trailer under some tent things that looked to be falling down not to mention no way to back up into them. I parked it along the building in back. He was VERY RUDE!! I wouldn’t recommend this location to an enemy.

I was charged an after hours fee when I returned the veh to a clerk during business hours. I was also charged a cleanup fee when the only thing left in the van was maybe sand from shoe!

Li lI reserved a trailer for 24 hours. The rental agent changed it to a 7 hour rental without my approval and then charged me for two days when I returned in 10 hours later. I will never do business with this location again and may not do business with U-Haul again depending on how they resolve this.
