After having to switch locations because the one I requested did not have the inventory after I scheduled it. Showed up 15 minutes early to get my keys ended up having to call the corporate office to contact someone to get my keys, sat around an extra half hour to have them figure it out. On top of that there was no gas in the truck. This location seems like a nightmare. Not again just going to go with Home depot next time.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOver charged me and I called they said they will call me back and never called
Michael SPickup was not easy. Attendant wasn't able to communicate well. Difficult time to get key. Pickup took much longer than expected.
Gary HCell Service at this location was weak making online pickup very difficult Code given did not open the lock on the key Box
Timothy WStop doing business with the pickup location in Oakdale. Someone should not have to wait an hour after they're scheduled pickup time for their vehicle. Bobby originally explained that the person that handles U-Hauls wouldn't be in until 2:00 even though I had a 12:30 reservation. Ridiculous.
