Nothing, they are absolutely amazing!
Shannon AI have met the staff at Vanderkemp before. "Nancy". She is very helpful and friendly. However, this location is closed on weekends and gated with a padlock. It was confusing to know where to put my trailer for drop off on a Saturday evening. So, I called the 1-866 phone number for help. The first person I got was not all that helpful. The second person I got, Carla Alexander, was extremely helpful and should be praised / commended. She walked me through the online Uhaul App check out procedure, and i was able to leave the Uhaul rented trailer next to several Uhaul rental trucks that were not behind the padlocked gate. That area is slightly sloped towards the rear. It is important to use rocks behind your tires if you are returning a trailer there after hours. Luckily, I found some rocks nearby.

David GThe ratchets on the trailer were so rusty and stiff that they didn't function properly at all, I was barley able to get the car tightly held down. A person who was not mechanically inclined would not have been able to do it.
