Charles contacted me a couple of days prior to the pickup to let me know he would have the truck and car hauler ready for pickup. On the day of the pickup, the process was easy, and the truck was very clean. Later that day I realized the truck I reserved would not be big enough, so I called Charles. He checked his inventory and found he had a bigger truck and would have it ready soon. The exchange was simple and quick and the truck worked out great for the trip. We recommended his location to a few friends, because of his friendliness and how he made the process so easy.
