While the dealer was easy to deal with and helpful, the overall experience of renting from Uhaul was again VERY disappointing. We reserved a 20' truck but the day before we were to pick it up were told there wasn't a truck within a 300k radius. They offered a 15' instead. When I mentioned this wouldn't fit our stuff, they offered a 4x8' trailer and were going to give it to me for same price as 20' truck. To me, this didn't seem like enough space for our stuff so I asked for 6x12' trailer. I got the trailer but was charged an extra $250 - NOT IMPRESSED. I was also NOT prepared for towing a trailer and specifically wanted a truck only as my wife was going to drive the truck; was already nervous about driving a truck and had never towed anything in her life. Bottom line is: While the dealers are good to deal with, customers can't rely on Uhaul to get what they reserve. Should be a law against this false advertising
JAMIE UThe car trailer came with a broken tire strap, which was a nice surprise when I drove 2 hours in the middle of nowhere to pick up a car.

ERNST FAgent was very rude when picking up the truck. We were there at 4:20 !and was rushing us because he wanted to close for the day. The gentleman who checked in the truck was way nicer
