When I arrived, the vehicle had not been prepped at all for being rented. I spent over 20 minutes scraping and defrosting the windows and taking 360 photos which the owner should be responsible for of the time that I PAID FOR because the owner of a very small uhaul space could not be bothered to do. Therefore, I was very rushed doing what I had to do with the uhaul because of the unexpected time waste. The owner also charged me $16 for coverage that I did not request or ask for as I only drove 18kms. I did not approve or request this charge. The owner didn’t speak more than a few words to me aside from telling me the gas gauge rating and to put the sign that was left in the interior windowshield that was covering the entirety of the frosted window in behind the back seat. I will not pay for charges assigned by the owner that I did not ask for and it is unfair that I spent 20 minutes of the rental time scraping the windows and prepping the vehicle to drive or being charged for coverage that I didn’t ask for when I went less than 19km total.

Gary CThe equipment he used to register my card was outdated, so I had to go pull out cash. In the same city, a different location, a couple months before I use the same card with zero disruption.
BENJAMIN GWhen receiving this U-Haul from the Prince George location, I started driving the next day. When I arrived in Calgary, there was dust and snow everywhere that somehow got in the U-Haul, even though the U-Haul back door was closed. Really not a great experience overall.
