The staff was friendly however the vehicle inside was dirty and there was no gas in the vehicle. I will not rent from this location again.
DJUANA FUpdate the times on the website it says they open at 8am but they don’t open till 9 and he still showed up late. The phone number in the app is wrong too. They need to be able to print out the contracts. Also they need to be knowledgeable about the checking out because I ask where do I annotate the damages to the truck before leaving he said just take a video. Later I got a message from U-Haul that lucky I saw on my unknown box saying I need it to upload photos if not I was gona be fully liable for the damages.
