Lisa was the best! It’s very weird that UHAUL rents trailers that have a tongue weight of 150 to 200 Lbs without the ability to jack it to attach to the towing vehicle- Lisa had to help lift the trailer to enable the tow veichle to couple up! Uhaul should retrofit their trailers with a jack to enable safe coupling!.

MADISON HAs it turns out, I dropped the truck off in the wrong location, because they had changed the drop off location after I had printed out the contract from my computer. The women there was upset about this, and I was upset that I was being charged extra for miles, fuel and missing blankets. Despite a heated conversation, I know that she was just doing her job and she did refer me to U-Haul's main office to help me resolve my dispute. The people I spoke with at the main office were very helpful and understanding, and in the end, I was reimbursed for the extra charges made to my credit card.
