The customer service was poor. I was called about the return on the truck as if I didn’t rent it for a 24 hour time period. There needs to be better communication.in the office.

I had no issues and the Manager was helpful with me getting the truck out of the lot.
Sheryl ELet customer know not to lock up vehicle and drop keys until they've completed their online vehicle drop. I locked the vehicle and dropped off the key and then discovered I should take pictures of odometer and inside of cab. Too late.
Keith KThe staff was extremely rude and argumentative. The contract was initiated online, and changed prior to my husband's arrival to pick up the truck. When asked questions to clarify the details of the contract, the lady on duty began to argue. When I called to clarify what I arranged for the contract. she began to argue with me as well, instead of answering the question. She was extremely unprofessional. I chose that location due to convenience and location, but will no longer make that my decision making factor. Looking at the reviews, the location needs to be shut down because they obviously have no idea what customer service looks like, and have no desire to provide it.
