I had to wait for the lady to clean the back of the truck out before taking it. Then I went to take it back and she said that she couldn't check me back in because she had to go pick up medicine for someone and she didn't think that she had time but yet when I walked in she was peeling a cantaloupe. I said well I told you that I would be back because 5 and you said okay and I got there at 4:30 p.m. She told me that I could park the truck and come back in the morning at 9:30 a.m. to get my stuff and put it in a storage unit. Now remind you she was still there when I came back by from Dunkin donuts so why she couldn't check me in. Her attitude was not nice but was nice when I went there earlier. What business place denies you service and just stand there and keeps cutting cantaloupe. I had to leave the truck and go back this morning and when I called Ms. Claire got smart and starting telling me when I needed to come in but yet I didn't have to have the truck back until 11:30 and it was 10:45 a.m. when I called and again the truck was already on the parking lot from Friday night with my belongings in it. When I got there Ms. Claire told me that she put me down as no more truck rental from them and I couldn't rent a unit from her. She claims she called her manager and he said all of this just because I told her that customer should be a 1st priority when you walk in and not peeling cantaloupe because the other lady was wrong on Friday 21, 2026. Ms. Claire wouldn't even let me rent a unit either.
