I reserved a truck then it wasn't there when I got there. Then got to the next place and the truck was there but jumped threw a million hoops to get the keys. Worst experience of my life and I will never use again. You need to have a better app with better communication and less hoops to jump threw. Maybe having an actual person to talk to on site would help also
