all good - very nice staff
Sam TVery hostile and unprofessional gentleman at counter. He sent us to Hillsborough location shouting at us that he does not have space for 26” truck. He called when I was 10 minutes out and asked us to come back. I would expect u-Haul to compensate for waste of my time, energy and mental strain.
USMAN ZI was charged for equipment I did not receive. I was told it was taken off my bill but it was not and when I returned the truck I was charged.
