KATHERINE KThe guy running the uhaul was great no complaints the trailer it's self has seen better days many of the lights are falling out of place dents and scratches all over both fenders dented in but had nice tires

CARL IThe location is great, and the owner and his wife are fantastic. Just be careful of that concrete hump when pulling out with a big truck. To Uhaul itself - Please check your equipment more. The ratchet straps and mechanisms on the car hauler neededmaintenance. The throttle body on the truck needed maintenance/replacing. It kept revving and holding it (wasting fuel and harming the environment).
