Mary D.I picked the truck up with my son and it had little to no gas in it. And when I returned the truck with the same amount of gas in it they tried to charge my card multiple times for three different amounts. And kept trying to charge it thru out the month I have been renting U-Haul trucks for years at the Bluefield location and there was never any problems. They also charged 15 dollars more for the same truck.
