Your app did not work properly upon pickup it did not work properly in West Virginia it did not work properly in Pennsylvania it did not work properly upon drop off after talking to customer service on three or four occasions using two different phones in almost an hour of manipulation the process I hope is done. I picked up the trailer in broad daylight hazards breaks turn signals all worked it wasn't until very remote location in West Virginia did I realize the running lights on the trailer did not work again the app was no help but your customer service is outstanding

SHELIA OJennifer was an absolute angel sent to me from God! I had reached out twice that morning to collect basic information from one of the other personnel, but Jennifer took it upon herself to call me back to learn more about my situation and find out what I needed. She went above and beyond to help me secure the u-haul at a reasonable price and make it accessible for pick up at an odd hour to accommodate my conflicts. Additionally, she provided me with the ability to reach her after closing in the event I had an issue (of which I had none!). Thanks to all the work, care, and compassion Jennifer showed me, I was able to get my 83 year old mother moved to my home with ease. Jennifer took a huge stressor off my shoulders for what had added up to be an extremely difficult weekend! I would absolutely recommend Princeton Storage to any of my acquaintances in southern WV!
Paula JOur original drop off location was at a closed facility. They do not take Uhaul returns. We had to drive out of our way to the first location and then try to contact UHaul. It was very stressful and time consuming. It was a bad experience!
