The operators of Princeton Storage went above and beyond. I had selected the closest pick up location so I could walk there because I didn't have someone to drive my car back. When U-Haul changed the location and I had no choice but to drive, I asked if I could leave my car there until the next afternoon. "Of course, but why don't we just drive the truck over there for you?" What generosity, giving me one less thing to worry about during a stressful time.

The drop off location was better than the pick up location. The person that checked in the car dolly said he was going the “flag that one” in the system so no one else rents it and tears up their vehicle like we did. I’m sure that “flag” disappeared when the insurance claim was denied!!!

Our original “preferred” location didn’t have equipment and was wondering around for 20 minutes or so before waiting on us and locating our truck, 20 miles away. The Princeton location couldn’t do enough to help us. Truck was ready, they recommended getting a lock for the rear door and had them in stock.

This company provided the BEST custome service that I could ever ask for. My family became straneded on I77 with a blown motor. The rep was so accommodating and allowed us to rent the cargo van to get my niece to college in Charlotte. She's a freshman and had to move in. He stayed open later just to wait on them to arrive as they had no transportation. Thank you so so so much for assisting my family.
