We have moved a LOT (using UhAul) and this was by far the best experience we have had in a long time. The customer service at this location was wonderful. They were very nice and helpful and the truck was clean, drove wonderfully and had a kicking A/C!! Thanks for this.

Eric CYour app did not work properly upon pickup it did not work properly in West Virginia it did not work properly in Pennsylvania it did not work properly upon drop off after talking to customer service on three or four occasions using two different phones in almost an hour of manipulation the process I hope is done. I picked up the trailer in broad daylight hazards breaks turn signals all worked it wasn't until very remote location in West Virginia did I realize the running lights on the trailer did not work again the app was no help but your customer service is outstanding
