Initially when I booked the UHaul, it was for a different location. They never called me to confirm so I got switched to this location. The guy at the desk for pickup was rude. Then, we got side swiped and the mirror was damaged, for which I was charged for despite getting the insurance. I was still charged full price for UHaul having messed up my reservation. Would recommend going elsewhere for moving vehicles.

Carlton EI have been picking up from this location every year for an event that I organize, and I have always received polite and professional customer service. Unfortunately, this year my experience was very different. I returned the van to the location in a timely manner, as I have done in previous years. However, instead of receiving the same courteous treatment, I was disrespected by the owner of the shop. The owner simply snatched the keys from my hand and dismissed me as though I were a child. I found his behavior extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. As a returning customer, I expected to be treated with the same courtesy and professionalism that I have received in the past. I hope management takes this experience seriously, because the way I was treated was unacceptable and has made me reconsider using this location in the future.
