KAMAL NI declined the extra insurance. The attendant was noticeably not happy about that. After I filled the tank and returned it as promised even parking it back in its original spot he charged me a fee. That fee was slightly larger than the extra insurance fee. Not to mention this location was way out of my way )30 mins one way) as I was directed by U-Haul since the place near me apparently ran out of trucks. I drove past 2 other U-Haul places with plenty of trucks. I don’t think I will use U-Haul again.
