Customer service was terrible, no sense of urgency. The truck was not clean. The mirror was broken. It got the job done, but not a pleasant experience.

I expected the truck to be ready upon my arrival. He told me he didn't know if he had the blankets and dolly that was ordered. He then had someone go check on it for me. He told me he only had them onsite because someone must have returned a truck with them in it. My truck should have been set up with everything that I was ordered prior to my arrival. The truck has no garbage on the floor but EVERYTHING was sticky. Like someone spilled a drink and it never got cleaned up. I expected a 15 minute pickup but it took over an hour. I have rented U-Hauls many times. I will not rent from this location again. This location was very unorganized and unconcerned for my time.

The pick up process was extremely difficult. The original 15' truck we reserved was sold out when we went to get it, and they only had a 10' truck to offer us, which wasn't big enough for our move.

Was unaware it was more expensive to drop off truck at another location.

Location was understaffed and the cashier was continuously distracted by other customers. Otherwise, the staff was polite and friendly, but what could have been a 5min drop off turned into a 20min hassle. Hopefully more help can be brought on to accommodate for this.
