ANGEL CAs someone not too familiar with the area, I had to take an Uber to this location from the La Guardia airport to pick up the truck. It was a bit tricky to find as I did not realize it was in another building. The girl working the desk was so helpful and friendly. I deeply appreciate her help as this was a very last minute request and we were able to create this reservation within 30 minutes before they closed.
Olivia MThe dolly that I ordered was not in the truck. Even after submitting the photos clearly showing the dolly was not there at pick up, I was still charged the dolly fee.
