How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe van I booked wasn't there. Because this isn't a dedicated location, it took a while to get someone who works there to help me. If mobile booking is an option, why isn't there an online or phone option for solving these problems with U-Haul customer service? Also, the bed of the van was full of dirt. I didn't make a big deal of it, but it was kind of annoying. And two of the tires had low air pressure. Someone needs to fill them before it's rented out.

Miguel AProvide the customer a final receipt and close out the rental agreement upon return. I was charged $35 for fuel when I returned the van with slightly more fuel than what I received. Uhaul Customer service refunded the charge the day after.
