They were curt and did not have a decent command of English. The person who was supposed to process us so we could take the truck was not there when we arrived and he left for lunch so while we were scheduled to get the truck at noon the gentleman did not arrive until after 1 pm. He also did not want us to take the truck that was listed for our check out and we had to insist. Then when we returned the truck he would not correct the mileage nor the gas and seemed unable to understand what we were asking him to do. So nothing was fixed and we were overcharged. We now had to submit documents to rebut the charge and are waiting for Uhaul to make things right.

This location is full of crap wasn’t open wasn’t on time then The man got there. He was talking junk and he never looked inside the vehicle or whatever before you gave it to me. This was a train wreck of a rental and when I bought the Rental back at 8:30 he didn’t put the Rental in until 915 930 total disaster never again very dissatisfied and somebody supposed to from the U-Haul companies supposed to got in contact with me and I never heard from you, I’m gonna call you. I supposed to be getting some money back and I haven’t heard from nobody and I haven’t got no money back and also I was overcharged on top of that but I’ll be giving us a call Reby dissatisfied.
