DENNIS SI noticed that the process could be more efficient. I first tried using the app, which indicated that I could completed everything online, However, it didn’t work, so I went to the office. They processed everything from the beginning, which took about 45 minutes. The issue is that I had already checked in through the app, provided my documents, and completed the payment, yet the office repeated the entire process. This caused unnecessary delays. I believe better communication between the app system and the office could save time and improve the customer experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
