Clerk was helpful but couldn’t provide cost information easily. Having to drive an hour out of the way to pick up and drop off a trailer cost 4 additional hours of driving I didn’t want to do. When an online booking is made for pick up in a location - it shouldn’t be on the customer to get the equipment there. The trailer itself was mediocre at best - tie down locations were basically unusable.
