The representative was not done with his computer work when we picked up the trailer. We spent a good hour with him over the phone and had to keep repeating the information. He sent some homeless person high on drugs over on a bike to make sure we didn't just take the trailer and would not take my preferred drop off location but instead gave me a drop off location I did not want. I repeated my preferred drop off location to him at least 3 times and gave the address and phone number written down to his homeless, high, representative who was taking pictures for him and complaining to us that other people there were trying to steal his bike. This whole experience was unpleasant and highly unprofessional.
