0 out of 5 stars. Zukel gave me one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They rented faulty equipment, ignored my calls, and offered bad advice that only made things worse. Rather than taking responsibility, they dodged the issue - claiming they were "looking into it" but doing nothing. I’ve used U-Haul in many places and never had a problem until now. Zukel is unprofessional, distracted, and dishonest from start to finish. Avoid this location if you can.

Leilani AWe Reserved a truck for next day to love out of my house only had a day to move and we were told to get their at 9 only to wait thirty minutes for no one to show up , called the customer service to figure out what happened couldn't give me a reason on why this happened had to check in myself. Disappointed that nothing was done to rectify the situation. My other experience with you was not like this at all. Instructions to take the truck back didn't explain how to put keys back had to call customer service to help me. Bad experience.
