I had reserved a before hours pick up of the 20’ truck, with an appliance dolly. Upon pickup there was no appliance dolly on board. I called uhaul, and made them aware. At the return on my bill there was still a $10.00 charge for equipment that I never received.
James MWe were switched to this location and were not notified they closed early and we would need to do a mobile check in. I had specifically requested counter check in. Luckily a very helpful U-Haul employee (not someone from this location) was able to walk us through everything over the phone. He was great. But it was a significant stressor and took additional time on an already busy and stressful day. Would have really appreciated a heads up. We could have made it in before they closed at 1:00 had we known.

The environment was super inspiring as this location has several small businesses including a creative store, right there. They also had an incredible Mexican food truck on the premisis The online experience was amazing. I would totally recommend this Uhaul provider again.
