Our rental truck was supposed to have an appliance dolly and 24 blankets. When my husband picked up the truck (yes, we were in a hurry) he forgot to double check the inside of the truck and got home with no dolly. There were blankets but we didn't lose any and did not keep any either, but ended up with only 21 blankets....I don't think we started out with 24. Now, I will say that a gentleman delivered the appliance dolly to our house and apologized for the inconvenience. Still, all in all our experience with U- Haul was an absolute nightmare.
