BRUCE SThe uhaul is not water proof at all. Not even resistant. A lot of our items were ruined by the uhaul getting snowed on.
DUSTIN KWhile the representative I worked with to receive the U-Haul wasn't necessarily rude, she certainly wasn't pleasant. This was in contrast to someone I spoke with over the phone on an earlier day. The pick-up interaction just felt very hostile.
CHRISTOPHER AHad set to return the truck on a Sunday at 4pm. Turns out the location I requested was not open on sunday , though had a 24 hour dropoff. Partway through the move I got an email to return to a different location at 10am. This caused us to have to rush, and I felt was not professional as the website states UHaul gives you extra time so you are safer. Having a schedule change like this does not make it safer, ended up in us rushing and not packing as nicely as we had wanted. This was a huge turnoff for uhaul as a whole, unfortunately we have no other choice.
