To clarify answer for question #2, the van had a clean interior, the exterior was covered in snow. I'm a return customer to this location and have always been treated well by the staff. I would recommend them.

MARK TI have called several times to let you know the truck we rented kept turning off in the middle of driving it. The last time it did it was in the middle of 309 turning into the drop off location. This is not good. And is truly an issue. Noone took it too seriously but I am worried about you renting this truck to the next person. We had a lot of worry the entire time we were driving it and when it shut off it had zero steering. This could have caused a horrible accident. We paid 300$ for 6.5 hours of use and should not have had to be so scared the entire time driving it.
