Noone to check you in. You have to call a number and leave a message. TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR DROPPED TRAILER!! I dropped mine a day early and then got a bank statement 4 days later for a charge saying I kept the trailer an extra day. Had to go through a process defending myself. Thank god I took pictures with date and time stamp. Do trust Dockery Corp.

Josh was awesome both times I picked up from him. The rest of U-Haul needs to get their shit together. Reservation and the app sucks harder than a DemoKKKrat Intern. The 1800 guy wasn't helpful at all and passed me off to scheduling after I repeatedly explained my situation 3 damn times!
Ryan TJosh was friendly and ask questions about truck performance and if I'd had any problems on my road trip. The truck preformed better than my expectations. I would rent from u-haul again
