The truck was reserved to pick up at 7am at the pawn shop Heber Springs Ar. As the nice folks there had it all ready for me. Some area supervisor swept in Sunday and stole it out from under them so you called and I had to go to higden ar tho pick up 42 miles away. Get there and the truck is behind a locked gate on a Sunday. So then I had to drive to this location 20 more miles and then 25 miles back to my place. Keep in mind I was 6 miles over on the rental, but drove 82 miles just to get a truck tgat was going to be 5 miles away

Very friendly, very helpful and even called to let me know that we had left a backpack in the truck. They agreed to meet us back at the shop at our convenience to retrieve it. I onlybgave them a 5 Star rating because that's as high as it goes! Love these people and this location.
