Staff was prompt in getting me into the gated storage area and I could see he was working on other UHaul equipment, so I'd say he is great at working on your equipment and is very beneficial to you regarding the maintenance. He is also very courteous and a pleasure to deal with, so I'd highly recommend this site and I have used them in the past with similar situations.
