Forget the location, I have comments on Uhaul.. What a scam job you are all running. To give the customer a 100 year old truck with an analog gas gauge and then expect the customer to somehow match where the fuel was when it was picked up was a joke. This location is a gas station so I put gas in on the return and started the truck, it was short of the amount needed, I did a second transaction and added more gas. A total of over $30. It was where it was when I got it. When I dropped it off someone looked at the dashboard so fast I didn't even know they went out there to look. When I got the bill emailed it said I was 2.3 gallons short...wow I wish I had employees with that kind of eye. I have an idea...fill the damn trucks up one time to full and have the customer return it full. Wow...you rent vehicles and I have to tell you that, there is one reason that is news to you and that can only be this is obviously a scam and way to make extra money. Rich people don't rent Uhauls, they have movers. If a truck is returned not on full then you can charge them to fill it. Be better Uhaul. I will be renting from anywhere else..there are other options you know.

Vehicle was dirty. Dolly was missing. Vehicle needs brake work and the doors do not shut without being slammed.
Steven CThis pick up location was 12 miles from the place where we placed the order for the truck. This added significantly to the time spent and number of miles that we needed to drive to do our move. The truck itself was fine.
