I had the option to decline the dolly and moving blankets, and then found them in the truck, taking up space and attached with a flimsy seal you'd have charged me for if broken. Truck had nails in the cargo area. Pickup and drop-off process are unnecessarily complicated. Won't be renting from Uhaul again.
