App was very confusing to use when picking up the truck and dropping it off fir an after hours pick up.

DOUGLAS RFill in the pot holes in the lot.
Robert PLot was unlit and completely covered in thick ice. My car got stuck backing the trailer up, so I had to get out and unhook and move the trailer, in doing so I fell face down on the ground. While trying to get the trailer checked in, I could not scan the qr code as there is absolutely no lighting. Overall I would not use this lot again for any reason.
WILLIAM RThis is the best Uhaul location in the area, I would go anywhere else. Friendly and extremely helpful. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!
