Several of my items including my mattress and box springs got wet inside of the enclosed trailer . I expressed to the owner of the uHAUL/gas station and he seemed to care less . I asked for a simple refund and he would not even talk to me about it . It was an awful experience from getting the rental and returning it .

MARTIN BIt was slow to get it rented but this was after the rental we had reserved at another location wasn't there and we had to find a new location with the rental we needed. So we were just happy to get one and get it done.
