Originally ordered a 10' truck that was said to be available for the date and time I needed it online. I get a phone call several days later saying they won't have it available, but will have a 9' van available, so I settled with that and had to plan on making multiple trips instead. The day I went to pick up my cargo van, I was told that the furniture dollys I reserved almost a week ago were not available and they didn't have any for me. So, the move process took 10 times as long without the proper truck or equipment. I returned the truck 1 hour after the store closed and put my key in the drop box. I was then told I would be charged for 2 days because I turned it in a little late. HUGE INCONVENIENCE. ZERO control over stock and logistics. Extremely displeased. I also keep getting random invoices from them that are incorrect and incorrect charges on my credit card statement.

The customer service was the rudest and most unhelpful I have ever experienced and I worked in the service industry For over 20 years. As a manager of several business I have to say the manager who was the only person inside seemed completely miserable and annoyed to be at work. Very unhelpful and curt.

We had originally booked this as a one way move, and were very apprehensive when the day before the rental, the Boone location called - saying they had NO Trucks in our pickup location and that they'd need to make this a 2-way. They did change to free mileage so that the cost was actually about $10 cheaper than original reservation. People we dealt with at all locations were competent and all went smoothly. Still poor planning not to have a truck requested at our original pickup point (resv had been made 3 wks in adv) - but ithat is not a reflection on our eventual pick up point. .

The people like this location will wonderful. The construction that's going on is awful. I missed it the first time I had to go all the way around to get back to me. For that reason, for the inconvenience I would recommend a more convenient location.

The attendant was rude, they did not have the truck ready. It was parked as far away as possible. I bought a matterress cover and just paid cash, the attendant thought she had to type out the whole contract again. The only nicest person, was the man I gave the keys to when I dropped it off.

you 'auto check in" option is horrible. when i made the reservation on line it stated i could change it at the counter. the woman working there was NO help. seemed to take twice as long because according to her i had to check in on line before she could do anything. i was bumped off your check in site twice after waiting more than 5 minutes each time. frustrating. and again, your customer service lady on site was zero help.

Upkeep maintenance on vehicles. The first location we stopped at, (with truck loaded) our vehicle would not restart. In 97 degree weather my entire family was trying to jump start this truck for 15 minutes. We shouldn't have to do that. In terms of the location I thought it was nice, clean, and peodessional. In terms of the truck itself I was fairly disappointed.

They only had one check-in line for the whole store. I waited for over 25 minutes for inquiries, small purchases and people renting without any reservation. My time to fill in all the paperwork 24 hours earlier for a quick pickup was a waste of my time and the clerk was surprised that someone would actually do this. When I picked up truck they had failed to put in my reserved dollies and blankets requiring another 15 minute delay. The place was clean and the people were great but they seemed to be unaware of the electronic systems in place to make things more efficient.

$19.95 a day? That's misleading advertising. And it makes me angry. This location is fine. No complaints. My complaints are with the corporate decision to mislead the public into thinking they'll only pay $19.95 a day.
