I had checked-in to my reservation before arriving to pick-up the truck. Upon arriving at the pick up location the gentlemen helping apparently was not aware that I had already paid for the reservation and somehow restarted the reservation process causing me to be charged an extra $24 dollars. I don't understand the point of having a check-in process that doesn't let you employees what's going on.joseph H.

No one readily available at 3pm on weekday. Told we would receive a return receipt within 15 minutes if we'd leave. Two hours later no receipt. I called UHAUL and it had not been processed yet. I had to return to the location, track down the person who received the return trailer and wait for him to â€œreturnâ€ it on his hand held device. It took minutes. It was a great inconvenience to me. My assessment of the situation is too few people working. When I was there at 3 I only saw 2 people and later 3. It's a busy location. May critically need more workers.CHARLES W.

Im confused as to why Im being charged for gas that was less than 3/4 of a tank when that was where I returned it. I sent a picture that showed where I left the gas tank. There was another family used the vehicle after me. That may be where they left it.Sabhann J.

The staff was able to assist with a receipt issue I had, but both staff members were not very friendly. When I walked inside to inform my receipt did not email (from a complete mobile/self service visit) she sat looking at her phone eventually looking up and asked if she could help me. When I picked up the trailer the experience was fantastic. But when I had my fiancÃ© bring it back for me he got there at 5pm on the dot and when he got up to the door it was 5:01 he needed help getting the trailer off. The person through the door said we are closed and point to their watch and refused to help him. I understand everyone wants to go home and you need to close but he just needed help for a quick second to get it off. And no one there (which there were other employees there) refused to help him. I'm in the customer service industry and so is he and we would've never done that. They treated him like crap and didn't even care that he needed help. So we will never be back. Which really sucks because my experience picking it up there was awesome. Again I'm all About leaving on time or whatnot but he really needed help and they refused to help at 5:01pm. There was only one young lady working the day I picked up my truck. It took close to an hour to get the truck, the accessories I ordered and drive away. I had planned for movers t come help with the move and our time was a bit close with the duration of the checkout.MELINDA J.
The process for picking up a truck is a disaster. The website process is out of the 1995 handbook of what to do to not keep a customer. Once one get though the process the locks are so old they will not open unless you call and have someone tell you to bang the lock up and down several times until it opens. The process took almost two hours to complete. All in all i would say that you have a messed up rental process.William H.

Overall I had a great experience with uhaul and the employees at this location, but the lady working when I dropped off my vehicle at 6:30 pm on Saturday was awful. She was so rude and disrespectful to me for no reason and incredibly unhelpful. I would recommend others go to a different location so they don't have to interact with her.SARAH T.
